It’s the beginning of the flu season, and Greene County Public Health is starting up a slew of flu shot clinics.
The first few clinics will happen this Monday. The first being at Paton-Churdan School in Churdan at 8:30am for students and staff. The second one will also happen on Monday from 4-7pm as a drive-thru clinic. The drive-thru clinic allows individuals to sit inside their vehicle and public health officials administer flu shots. The next few include Friday, October 4th from 1-3pm at the Paton Public Library and Monday, October 7th from 1-3pm at the Churdan Public Library.
Those who have medical insurance will be billed for flu vaccinations. Flu shots are also available at the Greene County Public Health office in the Greene County Medical Center, pharmacies and other medical providers.
