For the first time in three weeks the Greene County High School cross-country teams had a meet. They were at Story City on Thursday for the Roland-Story Norsemen Invitational with the girls placing eighth among 15 teams and the boys twelfth among 16 squads.

Coach Jeff Lamoureux reports there were several personal best performances among the Greene County runners, and although the Rams were not among the top teams, he felt they ran well overall against some pretty good competition.
