Breeya Lynn Moritz, age 18 of 605 2nd Ave. SW, Oelwein was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charges of possession of a controlled substance, interference with official acts and criminal mischief.

Joshua Maynard Polson, age 37 of 613 Porter St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.

Demichole Dewayne Deeds, age 35 of 6412 Robbin Dr., Urbandale was arrested on a warrant for assault.

Michele Bailey of Adel was traveling in the 25000 block of 360th St. when she slowed to make a turn and was struck by a vehicle driven by James Darnall of Winterset. No injuries reported. Damage to Darnall’s vehicle estimated at $2500.00 and $2000.00 TO Bailey’s. Darnall was cited for failure to stop in assured distance.

Mickey Lynde of Panora was traveling in the 2000 block of Highway 44 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $3000.00.
