This weekend, kids in the area are invited to spend a fall day improving their skills in a summer activity through the annual Adel-DeSoto-Minburn youth softball clinic.
The program is open to kids age 7-14, with two different sessions held this Sunday. The 8U-10U participants will meet from 1-2:30 p.m., while the 12U-14U will go from 3-5 p.m. The camp will cover throwing progressions, infield and outfield drills, hitting practice, and base running skills. The camp will be held at the ADM high school softball field, and cost to participate is $35 per person. Registration must be completed online, and the deadline to sign up is Friday by midnight.
