Funeral services for Wilma Waters, 98, of Perry, will be Friday, September 27th at 11 am at the Carris Family Funeral Home and Cremation Care in Perry. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. Visitation will be Friday at 9 am until the time of the service.
