Those looking to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual wellness are invited to attend a workshop in Guthrie Center later this month.

Guthrie County Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation and Diabetic Education Manager Christine Drake and Emily Goodenough of the Guthrie Center Seventh-day Adventist Church are presenting a program called “Lifestyle Matters.” The workshop will discuss principles for optimal health, and diabetes and heart-healthy tips. The event will be held on Sunday September 29th from 4-6 p.m. at Guthrie County Health Services located at 2002 State Street, Guthrie Center. This event is free and open to the public.
