Students in the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District are invited to take part in the annual youth cheerleading clinic, affording them the opportunity to cheer during an upcoming varsity football game.

The clinic is open to girls and boys in prekindergarten through 5th grade, and will be taught by members of the high school varsity cheer squad. It will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 9 a.m. – noon in the high school gym. Attendees will learn cheers, jumps, stunts, and a dance, which will be performed during halftime of the home football game on October 4th against Creston. The cost to participate is $25 per person, and will include a t-shirt and snack. Registration fees and forms can be turned into any school office in the District, on or before Friday, September 27th.
