The Perry football team showed great improvement last week even though Matt Hardy’s squad didn’t end up with a win.  Perry battled Nevada to a 34-23 contest at Dewey Field and will look to keep improving tonight when they travel to 0-3 North Polk.

The Comets have losses to Nevada, Winterset and Grinnell.  Nevada beat North Polk by 11 back in week one, the same margin the Cubs squeaked by Perry.  You can listen to the game tonight at 6:00 on KDLS with kickoff at 7:00pm.
