The West Central Valley Wildcats and Lady Wildcats cross country teams will be competing in Lake Panorama this afternoon. Both teams are looking to continue to improve on the season, as both teams are starting to near the halfway point of their campaign.

The Lake Panorama course is one of the best in the West Central Iowa area, with sprawling views and deep hills. That second part won’t necessarily excite the runners, but if they can pace themselves going up a hill and then take advantage of going with gravity downhill, you can expect them to put on a good performance against good competition today in Panorama.
