12:40am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 2200 block of M Avenue.

12:57am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton.

2:38am: Aarrett Rysavy 21 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

6:34am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220 th Street near Scranton. Christopher Christian 39 of Scranton was arrested for driving while barred. Christopher also had an arrest warrant for a parole violation out of Marshal County.

8:53pm: Christopher Christian 39 of Scranton was booked into jail for driving while barred and an arrest warrant for a parole violation.

2:05pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on N Avenue near 250th Street.

3:29pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton.

5:12pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 500 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

5:55pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on W Avenue near 220th Street.

6:28pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on D Avenue near 177th Street. Jesse Janssen 37 of Scranton struck a deer with a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. The amount of damage is not known as the driver left the scene.

6:43pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the 2100 block of Neola Avenue.

7:02pm: A deputy investigated an anhydrous tank leak on N Avenue near 190th Street.

8:21pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
