A donation by a local business was recently made to the Greene County Community Center.

Steve Brown of Brown Funeral Home donated 177 folding chairs. Jefferson Parks and Recreation Director Vicky Lautner says the gift will help when they are co-hosting Mega Nights for basketball games with the Greene County School District. She adds that without the donation, it would have cost them over $3,500 for the chairs. 

Lautner thanks Steve Brown and Brown Funeral Home for their generous gift.
