8:06am: A deputy investigated a moving domestic in a vehicle on 220th Street heading east. The vehicle was located in Nevada, Iowa.

10:39am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

11:12am: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 200 block of Eaton Avenue.

1:33pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint I the 300 block of Howard Street, Rippey.

2:26pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

3:05pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out on 195th Lane and E Avenue.

4:51pm: A deputy investigated a safe that was located in the ditch on Orchard Avenue near Cooper.

7:20pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 2100 block of Neola Avenue.

7:21pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 600 block of North Street, Churdan.

7:24pm: Brian Hunter 57 of Scranton was booked into the jail for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.

7:54pm: Kolbe Hunter 19 of Scranton was booked into the jail for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
