Gary Edward Demercurio

Two men were arrested early Wednesday morning at the Dallas County Courthouse in Adel on burglary charges.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, at around 1 a.m., deputies arrested 43-year-old Gary Edward Demercurio of Bothell, Washington, and 29-year-old Justin Lawson Wynn of Naples, Florida, for third-degree burglary, a class D felony. Additionally, both men were also charged with serious misdemeanors for possession of burglar’s tools. They were booked into the Dallas County Jail where they each remain under a $7,000 bond. The exact circumstances for the arrests are currently unknown.
