The Panorama cross country team will be heading to West Central Valley later today.

Last year the Panorama girls team dominated the 12-team field. As a team they finished in first place with 24 points, 76 points fewer than the runner-ups. The Panthers had four girls finish in the top-10, including Ella Waddle, Gwen Steffen, and Payton Beckman who finished first, second, and third. Panorama is looking for similar results as they return all three of those runners. Coming into the race, the team is ranked fifth in Class 2A and Ella Waddle is ranked seventh individually.

The boys top returning runner from last year’s trip to WCV is Kevin Cogill who finished 39th individually with a time of 20:44.
