Citizens of Dallas County are encouraged to take a new survey, which the Public Health Department believes will ultimately improve the health for all residents.
Public Health is working with Dallas County Hospital to conduct a community health needs survey, which any healthcare agency in the area would be able to utilize. The aim of the program is to create a needs assessment that includes a series of strategic goals for improving the overall health of all Dallas County residents. There is no cost to participate in the survey, and Public Health emphasizes that it will only take a few minutes to complete.
