With summer over and school now in session, the fall programming schedule is kicking off soon at the Adel Public Library.

Chief among the upcoming activities are the daily programs for young children, commonly known as the “Wee” events. Starting next Monday, September 9th, the weekly programs for toddlers and preschoolers will commence. Each Monday and Thursday is designated for “Wee Sing,” while Tuesdays and Wednesdays are “Wee Read,” and every Friday is “Wee Play.” The programs include a variety of activities and games, as well as stories, crafts, music, and snacks. There is no cost to attend, and no registration is required. The programs will be held at 10:30 a.m. each day in the story time room.
