The City of Adel is looking for input from the public on how the downtown area is utilized with a special community mapping program this Thursday.
The City is partnering with an Iowa State University graduate program to perform an in-depth study of the historic downtown square. As part of the study, they are interested in knowing how Adel residents interact with the area. The public input meeting will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Adel City Hall. ISU graduate students will be on hand to get feedback from attendees, which will then be utilized in a comprehensive study of downtown Adel. The community mapping event is open to all Adel residents age 18 and older, and there is no cost or registration required.
