Thursday, August 29th

12:29am: An officer located an Open Door at 1004 East Lincoln Way Street.

1:51am: Officers removed a bat from the residence at 406 East State Street.

1:37pm: Teresa Gaver requested an officer at 1000 West Adams Street #6 for several men removing property from her apartment. The officer arrived and found no one present, or any evidence of the reported Theft.

6:20pm: A caller advised of a Parking Issue in the 300 Block of North Vine Street. The vehicle in question was gone when the officers arrived.

7:34pm: Dustin Henson reported a male parked in the parking lot at 106 West Washington Street, who is throwing a large number of bloody Kleenex out the vehicle window. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived. They will work with the business to review video of the parking lot to identify the subject. The officers cleaned up the Kleenex and disposed of them.

7:45pm: A caller advised of a male parked in the 100 Block of South Wilson Ave. who was tearing the indie of the vehicle out and throwing it on the ground. The officers located the vehicle and learned it belonged to an area business’ employee, who was working on the vehicle during his break.

10:01pm: Yerson Salvin requested officers at 401 North Chestnut Street for an argument between himself and his mother. The officers worked to diffuse the issue and separate the two for the remainder of the evening.

11:09pm: Lauren Schulte reported receiving Threatening and Unwanted Text Messages from a known male. The officer called the male and advised him to end the unwanted contact with Schulte.

11:18pm: Officers were called to 202 South High Street for a Civil Child Custody Issue.
