There’s a wide variety of shows and activities happening tomorrow at the Guthrie County Fair.
Friday includes the 4-H and FFA horse show, swine show, poultry show, and pet show. There will also be a meet and greet with the 2020 Guthrie County Fair Queen Candidates at 5:30 p.m. in the event center, followed by a candidate presentation at 6 p.m. and the night’s grandstand entertainment, Mutton Busting and Grand River Rodeo at 6:30 p.m. All grandstand entertainment and carnival rides are free for fair attendees.
There will also be a cribbage tournament, pony rides, and a class on preparing fair entry flowers. Remember Raccoon Valley Radio’s Big Red Radio will also be broadcasting live everyday of the fair. The full schedule of events, as well as results, can be found at raccoonvalleyradio.com, and you can hear more about the fair from 4-H’er Reagan Gibson during today’s Let’s Talk Guthrie County program.
