9:24am: A deputy assisted with a German Shephard that was found on 190th Street near G Avenue.

10:36am: The Sheriff, a deputy, Jefferson Fire, and Greene County EMS assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a 2-vehicle head on collision on 220th Street near Grimmell Road.

2:35pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of Madison Street, Scranton.

3:34pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on I Avenue near 130th Street.

5:59pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

6:28pm: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 500 block of N Avenue.

8:09pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 7th Street in Grand Junction.

9:18pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 220th Street near M Avenue.

10:24pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on E Avenue south of 220th Street.

11:04pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest on Elm Street and 220th Street. Logan Staley 28 of Webster City was arrested for a warrant for theft 2nd degree and burglary 3rd degree.

11:40pm: Logan Staley 28 of Webster City was booked into the jail for theft 2nd degree and burglary 3rd degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
