Allie Farrell of Urbandale was traveling south in the 16000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal and turning left into a median divider when she was struck by a vehicle driven by Benjamin Kuennen of West Union. No injuries reported. Damage to Kuennen’s vehicle estimated at $8000.00 and $3000.00 to Farrell’s. Kuennen was cited for failure to stop in assured distance.

Wade Griffin of Woodward was traveling in the 16000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when he lost something off of a trailer he was pulling and several vehicle struck the items. No injuries reported. Damages to vehicles estimated in range of $200.00 to $2000.00.

Amber Lynn Hager, age 28 of 430 Hartford Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for OWI.

Marina Quijas, age 19 of 608 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a warrant for assault.

Austin Sacker of Van Meter was traveling in the 29000 block of Prospect Circle when he approached a curve and did not make the turn rolling on its side down a steep drop off striking a tree. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $10000.00.

Samantha Kay Blocker, age 24 of 555 SE Whitetail Ln., Waukee was arrested near S 81st St and Wishful Vista Dr., for OWI.

Summer Dawn Meier, age 39 of 36314 Tabor Rd., Van Meter was arrested at this address for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jareth William Klahes, age 24 of 9116 Valdez Dr., Urbandale was arrested at 36314 Tabor Rd., Van Meter for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Trey Alexander Lewis, age 25 of 2906 Holcomb Ave., Des Moines was arrested at the 118 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while barred, failure to maintain or use safety belts, driving under suspension, no insurance and operation without registration card or plate.
