8:13am: A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 500 block of Madison Street in Scranton.

8:54am: A deputy assisted with a dog found in the intersection of Neola Avenue and 257th Street.

11:40am: Neal W Schoon (56) of Bayard, was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve sentences on a previous assault charge.

12:09pm: A deputy investigated property recovered in the 400 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction.

4:35pm: A deputy investigated a juvenile that was unattended in the 1600 block of 257th Street.

4:50pm: A deputy assisted with a civil issue in the 900 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction.

6:44pm: A deputy investigated an abandon 911 call in the area of 18th Street and Main

Street East in Grand Junction.

7:52pm: A deputy assisted with a civil issue in the 500 block of Jefferson Street in Scranton.

7:54pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 900 block of Bell Street in Churdan.

7:57pm: Jose Trinidad Hernandez (30) of Ames, was booked into the Greene County Jail for probation violation of previous domestic abuse assault charge.

8:51pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 900 block of Sand Street in Churdan.

9:45pm: A deputy assisted with a civil issue in the 300 block of East Paton Street in Paton.

11:24pm: A deputy assisted a subject walking on 220th Street, near A Avenue, due to the heavy fog.

11:51pm: A deputy assisted with cattle on the roadway in the area of 220th Street and R Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
