The second-to-last event in the Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce summer concert series is happening tomorrow, as they welcome the band Brick and Bob for Rock’N Friday.

The free concert will be held at the Adel Stage and Pavilion, located on the northwest corner of 10th and Main streets. Chamber Board Vice President Rebecca Hillmer says the show is for all ages, and points out that kids should be excited because Bob from Brick and Bob is a well-known bus driver for the school district. She adds, alcoholic beverages will be allowed at the event, but there are rules. “You can bring your own, but it does need to be consumed on the grass and not out in the street or anything like that. A lot of times people will bring sandwiches along or popcorn or whatever. And it is family-friendly, it’s 7-10 (p.m.), and it’s held at the Pavilion.”

There will be one final concert event in the series this year, though it will be slightly different than the others. On September 21st, the Chamber will host Rock’N Saturday, featuring Red Dirt Renegade, whose July concert was postponed due to weather.
