The cooler than normal temperatures brought several vehicles and attendees to the Hot August Night event in Jefferson Thursday.

Co-organizer Chuck Wenthold says the winners of the newest awards included: Jim and Marsha Lindstrom for Best Interior, Harley and Linda Alcox for Best Engine, and Raymond Harris for Best Paint. The RPM Club of Carroll once again won the $200 cash prize for the most entries by a car club. Thursday’s event was one of the biggest yet with 350 total entries. Wenthold says there were 176 that pre-registered. 

Raccoon Valley Radio’s Big Red Radio was also there broadcasting live from 4-6pm. See the full list of the winners from the event below.
