12:27am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

2:43am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Kirkwood Avenue. Jazmine Jones 20 of Des Moines struck a deer with her 2019 Hyundi Santa Fe causing around 3,000 dollars damage. Jazmine was found to wanted out of Polk County for possession of a controlled substance.

4:02am: Jazmine Jones 20 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for a Polk County arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

7:50am: A deputy investigated a semi hauling gravel that spilled its load of gravel on N Avenue just north of 190th Street. The gravel was cleaned up by the Iowa DOT, Webster County Secondary roads, and Greene County Secondary Roads. The semi was hauling gravel for Webster County.

10:00am: Deputies assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with search warrants in Bayard.

8:41pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 500 block of Jefferson Street, Scranton.

8:49pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 140th Street just east of J Avenue. Abigail Brend 30 of Madrid struck a deer with her 2015 Dodge Durango causing around 1,000 dollars damage.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
