Theft: Robert Bik of Adel, reported a scam in the 20000 block of Old Highway 6. No loss occurred.

Arrest: Shannon Doreen Hughes, age 40, 1418 Locust St., Adel, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for Failure to Appear, original charge Theft 2nd degree.
