Greene County Medical Center and Greene County Public Health are teaming up to help kids take care of medical needs before the new school year starts.

A “Back to School Clinic” will be held on Monday and Tuesday from 3-7pm at the medical center. Students in kindergarten through 12th grade can have their physicals done with pediatrician Dr. Holly Van de Voort. Other paid services provided are immunizations and lead and dental screenings. Free haircuts will also be given. Services will be done through individual insurance plans. Lead screenings are covered for children with Title 19 insurance, otherwise it is $15. Plus, kids can sign up for a free book bag with New Opportunities.

Appointments are required by calling 386-2488.
