Jack D. Smith, age 81, of Coon Rapids IA, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at his home in Coon Rapids surrounded by his family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Coon Rapids.  Burial will be at the Jefferson Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Coon Rapids from 5 – 7 P.M. on Monday evening.  Additional visitation will be held from 12:00 – 12:45 P.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Coon Rapids and online condolences may be left for Jack’s family at www.dahnandwoodhouse.com
