The Guthrie Center City Council is meeting a second time this week for a special session.

The Council will consider an item to remove the Guthrie County Fair Board as liable for a liquor license for the Guthrie County Fairgrounds, which is the location of the River Ruckus festival happening this weekend. The Council will also discuss and consider action on charging a fee for holding special meetings.

The Council meets at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall.
