New Greene County School District Activities Director Todd Gordon has been on the job since July 1. He caught the last part of the Rams’ softball and baseball seasons.

Today, he comments about what he saw on the softball diamond. “The thing I noticed, and really admired, was there’s no quit in the Rams. Record-wise, it wasn’t where they wanted to be, but I didn’t see any quit. You look at the last regular season game for the girls against Southeast Valley (Gowrie) (23-11). What a great comeback win, down 6-0 and win that thing late (9-8 in eight innings).”

The Rams started the season 0-8 and finished 10-18. Todd Kennedy is the head coach with Tiffany Hupp and Marissa Promes the assistant coaches.
