Rebecca Lynn Forcht, age 46 of 505 NE Birch Ave., Earlham was arrested in the 26000 block of 360th St., for OWI and speeding.
Anthony Dale Frey, age 57 of 703 W 2nd St., Madrid was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of contempt-violation of a no contact order.
