Tuesday, July 16th
2:12am: While conducting a Park Check, an officer located more graffiti with spray paint at Head Park, located at 706 West Head Street. Officers are currently working with local business in attempts to develop suspects in the Criminal Mischiefs to area parks.
7:58am: A caller advised of a Careless Driver on Hwy. 4, heading north towards Jefferson. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle.
8:31am: Moe’s Mart spoke with an officer about a Bad Check taken at the business located at 303 North Elm Street. The check was written on June 21st, and was returned from the bank. A 10 Day Notice had been delivered by the business, but no one has contacted them about the issue. The officer has requested an Arrest Warrant for Ronald Allen Siedelmann, 63 of Audubon for, “Theft 5th Degree – Simple.”
3:48pm: Terri Ford reported a stray dog running freely in the 500 Block of West Madison Street. The officer later located the animal and its owner. The owner was given a time period to comply with Animal Licensing and given a warning for the “Animal At Large.”
3:50pm: Bill Monroe reported the Theft of a ladder from 300 South Chestnut Street. The ladder is valued at $200.00.
4:48pm: Jade Nunez reported two No Contact Order Violations had occurred by Face Book Messenger messages. The officer is investigating.
5:45pm: Veronica Ellsbury reported receiving threatening videos from her ex-husband. Officers spoke to the male at 604 South Walnut Street, where he admitted to sending the videos to her. The officer arrested Shawn Allen Ellsbury, 51 of Jefferson for, “1st Degree Harassment – Aggravated.”
7:00pm: An officer helped resolve a Civil Property Issue occurring between family members at 504 South Cedar Street.
8:23pm: A traffic Stop at 220th and Oakland Ave. resulted in Dylon Ysker of Ogden being cited for, “Operation without Registration.
