Tuesday, July 16th

3:49am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 237th Street and Deer Run Road. Nathaniel Truss 44 of Scranton struck a deer with his 2008 Chevrolet Uplander causing around 1,500 dollars in damage.

11:41am: A deputy investigated a fire in the 1500 block of T Avenue. The was a controlled burn.

1:03pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on U Avenue near 320th Street.

1:35pm: Anthony Grey 57 of Madrid was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

7:46pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of South 12th Street, Grand Junction.

8:25pm: Shawn Ellsbury 51 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for harassment 1st degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
