Arrest: Nicholas Andrew Wallace, age 21, 613 Polk St., DeSoto, Iowa, was arrested on 3 Failure to Appear warrants for Theft, 2 counts and Trespassing.

Accident: A vehicle driven by David Frantzen of Clive, Iowa was traveling eastbound in the 26000 block of Highway 6. A vehicle driven by Michael Currier entered the highway striking Frantzen’s vehicle. Damages estimated at $5,500.00.
