8:06am: Officers assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 900 Block of South West Street.

8:19am: HyVee reported the Theft of Alcohol from 106 West Washington Street. Video footage of the event was provided to the officer and a suspect has been identified. The officer is still investigating.

1:42pm: Officers assisted a Probation Officer with a Home Visit of a parolee at 104 East Clark Street.

3:47pm: A caller advised of fireworks being set off in the 400 Block of West Russell Street. The officer did not locate the source of the fireworks.

6:05pm: Delight Monahan reported two small dogs running loose in the 1300 Block of West Lincoln Way Street. The officer did not locate the reported animals.

7:16pm: An officer arrested Benjamin Anthony Allen at 307 East Lincoln Way Street on outstanding Greene County Arrest Warrants for Forgery and Theft.

9:19pm: The A&W Restaurant reported a truck in the Drive-Up Lane with open alcoholic beverages in plain view. The officer located the vehicle parked in the lot at 300 North Elm Street. The officer’s investigation led to Caleb Byerly of Churdan being cited for, “Open Container-Driver.”
