12:32am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and B Avenue. Tyler Tassell 40 of Carroll was arrested for operating while under the influence 1st offense.

4:52am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical call in the 500 block of East Clark Street.

6:49am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on R Avenue near 270th Street.

11:13pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 2100 block of N Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
