The final Guthrie County Extension summer youth day camp of 2019 will focus on those wanting to enhance their skills caring for little ones.

Extension is holding a Babysitting Basics camp on Tuesday July 23rd from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library in Guthrie Center. Participants will learn about the responsibilities of a babysitter including: caring for infants and young children, age-appropriate toys and activities, safety and how to handle emergencies, and basic first aid and rescue breathing.
