In just two weeks the City of Stuart will be flooded with bicyclists as part of the Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI), and volunteers are still needed to make it a successful event.

There are several functions volunteers can sign up for, including parking, traffic, janitorial, hospitality, beer garden, vendor enforcement, and games in the park. Those who wish to help can sign up for all day from 7 a.m.-5 p.m., or for various time slots. Free t-shirts will be given to those who help for over three hours.
