The ACGC softball team begins the postseason at home tonight as they host West Central Valley in the first round of regional play.

The two teams have already met twice this year with the Chargers winning both times. The first matchup was June 4 in Stuart with ACGC using a 10 run 7th inning to make it a 21-6 blowout. The second was senior night in Guthrie Center on June 25 with the Chargers winning 11-1 in five innings.

The winner of tonight’s contest will move on to play at Van Meter on Wednesday. We will have live coverage of the game on 107.9 FM KKRF with first pitch scheduled for 7 p.m.
