The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.

The meeting will begin with the Board considering approval for a retirement resolution for Assistant County Attorney Tim Benton. The Board will also consider a payroll change notice for new attorney’s office employee John Twillmann, and receive a department update from County Attorney Brenna Bird. Next, the Board will consider approving service agreements with Panora Communications Cooperative and New Opportunities. The Board will then consider applications for fireworks permits, liquor licenses, and tobacco product sales. Finally, the Board will consider adopting county salaries and wages for the 2020 fiscal year, a resolution allowing the County Auditor to issue payroll checks without prior Board approval, and fund transfers for the county emergency management and secondary roads departments.

The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
