If you’re looking for some fireworks entertainment this 4th of July holiday, a free show will be in Jefferson.

The City of Jefferson and Wild Rose Casino and Resorts are continuing their partnership to sponsor the event on Thursday at Wild Rose. The City provides $3,000 and the casino pays $7,000. Jefferson City Administrator Mike Palmer talks about how impressive the show was last year.

“It was very lengthy, especially compared to the year before. It was a very, very good show. The benefit about where it is, is that a lot of people can see it. There’s a lot of places to park near Wild Rose.”

It is free to attend and parking is also free in the Wild Rose parking lot.
