Funeral Mass for Jean DeBoest, 83, of Des Moines, will be Wednesday, July 3rd at 10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson.  Burial will be in the St. Joseph cemetery in Jefferson.  Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.  Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jefferson.  Online condolences may be left at sliningerschroeder.com.  Survivors include:  Husband, Joe.  Children, Marcia Katter of Ankeny, Tim Deboest of Kansas City, Kansas and Dan DeBoest of Sioux City.  5 grandchildren.  Sister, Joan Pierret of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
