The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.
The meeting will begin with the canvass of last Tuesday’s special election for the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School District. Following that, the Board will consider the 17th pay application for the law enforcement center project and also get the latest update on the progress of the facility. Next there will be discussion and possible action regarding the eighth contract amendment for the Decat Restorative Justice program for Juvenile Court Services.
At 9:30 a.m., there will be a public hearing regarding temporary construction easements on the Raccoon River Valley Trail for Stratford Crossing. Other items on the agenda include: setting time and date for a public hearing on a shared sanitary sewer easement for Forest Park Museum; right of way purchase agreements and a road update; a service contract with Finestead Enterprises for fiscal year 2020; and amendments to the wind energy conversion system application requirements.
The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Adel.
