The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The Council will consider for approval a resolution to award the sale and authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds. Additionally, the Council will set public hearings for an amendment to the Urban Revitalization Plan and a Status of Funded Activities for the Community Development Block Grant Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Plan. They will also consider approving the third and final readings to amend an ordinance to increase the compensation for the council members and mayor. Other action items include a plat of survey for the Country Club Estates, a resolution to consent to assignment of Trustee agents, and purchasing equipment and containers for automatic residential garbage pickup.  

The meeting begins at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
