A multi car motor vehicle accident occurred at Hwy 141 and Hwy 169. The five driver’s involved were Joe Ewoldt of Vail, Micheal Smothers of Perry, David Claassen of Ogden, Gary Marxen of Council Bluffs and Laurene Black of Jamaica. Laurene Black was transported to the hospital for complaint of pain from collision. No other injuries reported. At the time of the accident there was very thick fog and low visibility. Micheal Smothers was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield the right of way.

Ryan Joseph Stonebraker, age 32 of 1033 Collins Dr., Waukee was arrested for violation of probation on the original charge of assault causing bodily injury or mental illness.

Matthew John Goff, age 46 of 515 Grove St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation.
