North Polk struck early and often Tuesday as the Comets defeated Perry 12-2 in makeup baseball action at the PAC.  The Comets scored six runs in the top of the first inning and never looked back in the mercy rule five inning contest.  Alex Morales took the loss for Perry allowing six earned runs in 2/3 of an inning.  Kaden Steeva pitched three innings of relief while Kayden Boyer pitched the final frame for Perry.  The Bluejays were led at the plate by Justin Stammer who finished with two hits, a RBI and a run scored.

Perry falls to 0-12 on the season and will host Carroll tonight in a 7:00 game.
