1:07am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Eaton Avenue. Paul Oyers 37 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2004 GMC Sierra causing around 500 dollars damage.

5:46am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 1200 block of Orchard Avenue.

5:56am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint to a stop sign in Rippey.

11:48am: A deputy investigated a forgery in the 200 block of East Main Street, Scranton.

1:31pm: A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 1000 block of 150th Street.

4:31pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 800 block of 8th Street, Scranton.

6:14pm: John Roberts 20 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for 4 counts of criminal mischief 4th degree and 2 counts of criminal mischief 5th degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
