1:41pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 800 block of Head Street, Churdan.

3:50pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on N Avenue near 170th Street.

4:05pm: Theresa Ferguson 42 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

4:27pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.

4:50pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on S Avenue near 190th Street.

7:50pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near S Avenue.

8:27pm: A deputy arrested Michael Matthews 23 of Grand Junction on an arrest warrant for criminal mischief 4th degree.

9:05pm: Michael Matthews 23 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for criminal mischief 4th degree.

9:52pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1500 block of Q Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
