Aspiring thespians are invited to take part in this year’s Perry Parks and Recreation Youth Theater Workshop.

The camp is open to students entering 5th through 8th grade in the Perry area with an interest in developing their skills as an actor, which in turn can help them hone their language fluency and self-confidence. Rehearsals will be held between Monday, July 8th and Thursday, July 11th from 12:30-2 p.m. each day. There will be a pair of performances to wrap up the week on Friday, July 12th, with the first at 2 p.m. and the second at 5. The registration fee for the workshop is $20 for McCreary Center members, and $25 for non-members.
