Tuesday, June 4th

5:14am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on J Avenue and 220th Street. Jon Tiffany 66 of Jefferson struck a deer with his 2010 Ford Ranger causing around 800 dollars damage.

11:29am: A deputy assisted with an ambulance call in the 600 block of West Paton Street, Paton.

4:04pm: A deputy arrested Rob Herridge 24 of Scranton for an arrest warrant to serve a sentence.

4:06pm: A deputy investigated a theft complaint that was found to of occurred in Rockwell City.

4:20pm: Rob Herridge 24 of Scranton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

7:39pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with locating the parents of a juvenile in the 300 block of South Wise Street, Paton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
